  • No electricity provided. (Electrical needs to be ordered directly from the hotel (Exhibitor Electrical Order Form)
  • All exhibit material must conform to fire and electrical codes of the facility.
  • Audio – Kindly keep audio devices at a “tolerable” level. If your devices that are disturbing to neighboring exhibits you may be asked to lower sound levels or move to another location.

Booth assignments will be on a first-come, first-served basis according to the date of receipt of a completed paid Exhibitor Registration. Booths will be assigned by MDHBC. Former Exhibitors will be given preferred locations, as available. MDHBC reserves the right to refuse exhibit space to any company or organization.

  • SET-UP: All Exhibits must be completely set-up between 7:00 – 8:00 am on Tuesday, September 4, 2018. Set-up also available the night before on Monday, September 3, 2018, after 8:00 pm.
  • BREAKDOWN: will begin no sooner than 4:30 pm. All exhibitors should have staff present during open exhibit hours. At the conclusion of the Conference, exhibitors are expected to dismantle their booths and remove all materials. Materials left behind will be removed and placed in trash receptacles.
