Ready, Set, ÉXITO! Is being conducted by the Governor’s Office of Minority Affairs (GOMA). GOMA serves as the primary advocate for small, minority and women businesses, oversees compliance of Maryland’s procurement programs, and sets participation goals for the Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Small Business Reserve (SBR) Programs.
